Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ok so im reading everyones posts and just want to send an encouraging message to keep it up. We are all in this together. So today i had a great day of eating, but i havent signed up for the gym at my mom's house yet so i couldn't go to workout. Im going tomorrow to sign up and workout. But i did do my routine excersizes that i am determined to do everyday even though they are very tiring. Hope everyone has fantastic rst of the day.

Thanks for the encouragement and you are doing great yourself so keep it up. Yes, it's really nice to know you're not alone when you're trying to get healthy!! Also, the gym sounds great, but don't overdo it. My doc said not to work out more than 6 days a week formally. SO give yourself a rest or just do some light yoga or stretching on day 7. Keep it up! Whoot whoot!
