Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Right. So I weighed in today and saw a horrible number...199...I can't understand this? How can I gain 4lbs in a week when I've been eating so much less? I swore to myself I'd never see the 190's again and now I'm pushing 200? If I hit 200I think I'll have a meltdown and all sorts of rediculous will happen. I never want to be above a 12 again...well, 10....but I'm a 12 now and it sucks because I feel like I'm gaining so much. Hopefully some of this is water weight but I don't know....this sucks big time.

one it could be water wegiht two your body could be getting used to wat you are doing you might have to mix it up or change your intire workout rutine

Sodium? yes. i've been drinking diet soda like its my job. period? no.
