Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - can someone tell me how i did today? because i keep beating myself up about it even though i dont think i did that badly... anyways for lunch i had some all bran cereal with skim milk (140 cals) and some macaroni salad (110 cals) then i brought some snacks to work.. an all bran bar (130 cals) and 2 yogurts(70 cals) and had a 50 calorie candy. so altogether that was 500 calories. then for dinner i had a personal pizza (i work at a pizza place's call centre) and it was hawaiian. im not sure how many calories was in it, but im saying it was 1000 just because i wanna shoot over instead of underestimating. so that was 1500 calories and i havent eaten since. is that bad? i think im gonna go workout in the basement for a while. i got o the scale today and it was at 175!! wtf did i do? ive been eating the same i think i was bloated though i had a lotta salty food yesterday. anyways back on track for sure tomorrow. its my day off and i find it easier to stay on track when i dont work. ill even exercise tomorrow too. i write down my weight every monday and i realllly wanna lose a pound by next monday and be in the 160s. i think i can do it its just going to take a lot of hard work. anyways keep it up guys! <3 sorry for rambling

dont worry about it. You are just worried because it was the item you ate because pizza is thought of as so unhealthy. But in reality you ate well and had a good caloric intake. I think the only reason you need to go work out today is to help you feel better about how you ate today.

You are so much like me..if i go over what the amount of calories i think i should eat i give myself a really hard time about it even if its still under 2000calories. Just remember this, it may have been too many cals to lose weight but its certainly not enough to put any on so at least thats something!

hey, so calorie wise you did good, 1500 calories....thats great, but you need to eat the right foods, candy and pizza are horrible for you, there is a ton of fat in both of those things...when you look for food dont just look at the calorie intake try to concentrate on the fat intake also, some foods are low in calories but high in fat...sorry if this post didnt help.
