Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey coolies. I just finished dancing like a wild monkey. You guys were right about the ice cream. It was a 1/2 cup serving so I ate 1/2 cup today...lol but I mean, what is THERE idea of 1/2 cup? how big/little are THEIR cups? how do I know my cup looks like theirs? am I thinking too much on this? not all cups are the same you know. lol ok I'll stop. Hope you'll are doing fantasicallll =) I'm not losing crap :( but I'm still working hard! we can do it, Flower Fawn!

omg. their version is soooo tiny! i didn't realize until i went shopping last night and they have single serving ice creams from ben and jerry's and they are TINY. i was likr- it's absolutely absurd that there's 200 calories in it. next time you go to the supermarket check it out, you will be taken aback! but you did a really great job today@! keep it up!

A 1/2 cup means a half cup measurement. Use measuring cups. I half cup is not alot... but it's definetly enough to fix a craving.
