Ht. 5'5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 145 lb - well i was doing so good working out everyday eating right which i still am but for the life of me i cant get the modivation or the energy to workout.... except for my walk on monday i havent dont anything.. i wonder have i just hit a bump or is my friend right i cant make it more then 3weeks because i have done it many times before... idk i'm just worried that i might slip and not come back i need a boost any ideas
