you should work out first thing after waking up- before you have time to talk yourself out of it. plus, if you exercise early, you'll be less likely to "waste" the day by binging because you've already put some work into losing weight for the day!

Since you've lost 5 pounds you must realize that you've had all along what it takes to lose weight it was just all in your mind that you couldn't do it. take it from someone who knows all my life i've just been getting bigger and bigger and i didn't know what to do about it until i just got so fed up with looking at myself and being miserable until i took action for myself since then i've lost about 27 pounds and i'm not saying it's easy because it really isn't but you make this change and do it for you and the benefit of your long term health and not for anyone else including boys lol if you don't feel that comfortable with you self now they can wait until after you reach your goal weight. because if it's one thing i know boys aren't going anywhere today or next year!
