Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 243 lb, Goal: 190 lb - so today was good i think...i had 2 pieces of fish, one for lunch and one for dinner...i had a salad with chicken and cucumber for lunch and i also had a green pepper...i wasnt hungry at all today!!! i know it doesnt seem like i ate much but i seriously wasnt hungry. I also did my weightlifting program which took about 30 min, ran 2 miles, and then walked a mile later with my mom. Hopefully it will work :) keep up the work everyone! oh and did you know drinking ice cold water burns calories?! dont get me wrong not a whole bunch but it burns calories to heat up the water, so make sure you drink lots of ice cold water :)
