Ht. 5'2", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey everyone, I'm here to let a little pain out... All i want is to be skinny, it's not much to ask. I know i'm the only one that can do it but it's just getting started ya know? But atm i'm more motivated than ever because i've got a new boyfriend, i've been with him a week today and when we chill out and watch a dvd or something and he puts his hands on my leg of stomach or something i cringe and think he will break up with me because of my flab, i would be sooo happy if i was skinny! Today i started off pretty bad as i got out of bed late and only had a few hours to get ready and go to my boyfriends house so i didn't eat anything until like 5pm and that was pizza and waffles which is bad but then i didn't have anything else all night apart from a fat free yoghurt and i did an exercie dvd and i just feel so much better now, it's night time when i watch tv that i overeat but atm i just have a drink and i don't even want anything to eat, i'm feeling really positive that this is finally going to work. Tomorrow i am going to put my alarm clock on for 9.30, i will get up do my exercise dvd again, then have some bran flakes, then i will come on here to let you all know if i have stuck to what i've said i am going to do, so guys, ill let you all know how i get on in the morning. Please, please, please reply to my comment with whatever you think, motivation... anything!
