Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok s i weighed myself and in the last 4 days i lost 2 pound soo im not goin to give up and im doing a 5k at the end of november its called the turkey trot so starting today im goin to start running 3 miles at 4am every day(i have to get up at 5 for school whats one hour earlier)anyway im found that the best way for me to lose weight is frozen grape and oatmeal plus im going to start postin everyday again which is hard gor me cause i never really now what to say X__X
