Ht. 5'5", Start: 203 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 175 lb - okay so im just 11 pounds away from my goal weight!!! BUT IT FELLS LIKE I WILL NEVER GET THERE i need help,,, what are some easy ways to get the last bit off?? ___ after i reach 175 my new goal will be 160 then all the way down till i reah the final goal of 145 pounds ! heyy:) i find what helps me get that boost is to have 1 or 2 days of not counting calories or whatever, then all of a sudden just kick it into high gear, exercise everyday and eat super healthy for a week and it melts off of you. hope i helped and good luck you can do it!
