Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 135 lb - Hey so it's my sophomore year in college and I really want to drop 30 lbs. My weight fluctuates a lot. I mean I had lost 20 lbs but I gained it all back. I want to lose 31 lbs but slowly like I would like to reach my goal by February. But i need help like some serious motivation. Got any tips?

well your 2 inches taller than me and 2 years older.
im waaaay jealous of you because you only weigh 3 lbs more than me. all i know is that i heard running is the best form of cardio you can do. well goodluck hun!
