Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - alrighty, so ive done pretty well lately. exercising when i can. havent lost anything yet but i'm giving it time. i cant lose a pound every couple of days like i used to so ill take it as it comes. hope everyone is doing well. good luck ! :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - omg omg omg. Obama won! I am so happy- I'm going to go to school early and work out beforehand. My goal this week was 208- but i'll try to lose another by sunday so i'm at 207! Then i can be at my first ten pound goal by the end of next week. I really want to work my butt off so that I can lose two pounds a week and be 150-155 by my graduation! I'm seen relatives who I haven't seen in TEN YEARS! I was so much thinner then too, and all of my extended family is absolutely thin and gorgeous- I want to be the star at my grad party- not one of my aunts!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 125 lb - okay well halloween has come and gone so my candy has all been eaten. its time to shape up and get the body i always wanted. i've given up dairy so that might help. i'm cutting back on unhealthy foods and i'm gonna try to run everyday. i want to drop 35 pounds by the summer time. if anyone has any tips or ideas please comment thanks!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 370 lb, Today: 302 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - MORBIDLY OBESE. That's what my doctor says that I am. That sounds so horrible! & it is. MORBIDLY OBESE sounds so horrible because it IS SO HORRIBLE! It's SO unhealthy and bad and disgusting. Aww I don't even want to go out in public. =(

Ht. 5'4", Start: 209 lb, Today: 209 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Well, today i started out strong but it started to go on a sprial down...today at lunch i was still really hungey...i did a really bad thing and ate chotlte chip top tarts then ugh well i got home being home alone man lets just say i did not good. I just feel so bad im addicted to food! It makes me sad and pissed off at the same time. I did excerise today, i walked did pe and rode my bike. Can you guys give me some tips on how not to eat when ever i feel like it? plz..i don't know what to do anymore

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - So I started Weightwatchers and it has totally change my way of thinking and eating! Its been a week, and i feel wonderful. I workout 3 to 4 days a week nothing serious i will do a class of areobics, walk/jog, play volleyball or something. I eat more fruits and veggies. I still eat anything i want. Its great! Not even expensive! Plus im losing weight and feeling great! I dont even consider it a deit, its how you should eat you know? I thought I was hallucinating or something. Ahh I'm so excited it's finally going down now. First off, I'm going to see my brother and his family in Jan. along with a couple of my friends that moved down there in Florida in Jan and I want to look fantastic so I have a good time. I would like to lose 15-30lbs by then- hopefully falling into the 20lb range at least- i know it's a lot- but i'm really motivated and have been going to the gym a lot- i just need to get my calories down to 1500 and i'll be good. also, i've just started a multivitamin, so i'm hoping that will get my body the energy i really need right now. It's really hard for me to lose weight because i am hypothyroid, but hopefully if i work my hardest, i can do this. By May, I would love to be 160lbs or less. think I can do it by working out 3-4 days a week for an hour doing 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and 15 minutes of weight lifting,... (view more)
