Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 125 lb - okay well halloween has come and gone so my candy has all been eaten. its time to shape up and get the body i always wanted. i've given up dairy so that might help. i'm cutting back on unhealthy foods and i'm gonna try to run everyday. i want to drop 35 pounds by the summer time. if anyone has any tips or ideas please comment thanks!!!

because dairy doesn't really give you calcium. it actually takes away from your calcium. they did a study and it proved it. think about it. we're the only animals on the planet that drink milk let alone milk from another animal after we're babies. our bodies don't need it. plus dairy companies pump the animals full of horomones and chemicals not good for your body.

why did you give up dairy? how will you get calcium?
