Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - alrighty, so ive done pretty well lately. exercising when i can. havent lost anything yet but i'm giving it time. i cant lose a pound every couple of days like i used to so ill take it as it comes. hope everyone is doing well. good luck ! :)

rememebr- it takes diet change too. working out is awesome and it will definately make you healthier either way- but it won't help you to lose if you're still consuming too many cals. good luck!
