Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 261 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - hey.well ive been dieting since a few days before halloween,and all ive lost is 10 or so pounds.i'll be so happy when i see 250 or so on the scale.hmph.the thing is,i dont eat breakfest(i never have)and for lunch i have a salad,or like today i had a piece of chicken(off a chicken sandwich) and an apple,and milk.well every day,during the period after lunch,my stomach GROANS sooo loud,every one can hear and i feel like im gonna have gas.what is this and how do i stop it?thanks:).

thanks.i tried to eat a weight loss shake,and my stomach wasnt as bad.oh,and did i forget supper?i usually have a lean cuisine for supper.

You should probably start eating breakfast, because eating breakfast kick starts you're metabolism, and really helps you lose weight. If you're commited, you'llf ind something you can eat for breakfast.
