BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 291 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I exercise every morning but this morning I woke up with my electricity off (stupid power company) ... so I exercised tonight... Ever since yesterday, doing specific strength training exercises makes me feel super nauseous and sick. My heart beats so fast and I'm out of breath that you would swear I just finished an hour of intense cardio... It feels horrible... Should I take it easy for a while and do light cardio? I really wanna continue with strength training and I've been doing great since last week... ugh! But other than that I'm eating better and all... this isnt cool I'm finally serious and now I feel like I have to give up!
