Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 193 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - So since starting my medifast diet 2 weeks monday. I have lost 7 pounds. im really excited. that means ive lost a total of 42 pounds total having done some of the work previous to starting this diet. Last night i tried on a size 16 pants from old navy that i havnt worn in forever. They were tight in the thighs but really loose on the waist. i was so happy. I cant even remember the last time i even weighed this much. Let alone how much im going to weigh soon. Im happy good luck to everyone. Hope your doing well.

you eat the 5 medifast meals a day. and the 1 lean and green meal. like lean turkey and veggies. i usually eat the oatmeal for breakfast, and like turkey or chicken and salad for lunch, then a medifast bar, and 2 hours later a shake, and 2 hours later soup, and then a shake or pudding before bed. its very easy to follow. i'm very glad that i have started this. let me know if you want more info. good luck.
