Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Well over the past... week? i lost about 3 pounds. some probably water weight and whatnot. so im trying to get to 120-130 by april. But definitely to 120 by May, which is my bday. And then get to my goal of 110 or 115 by graduation, which is June. Then summer!!! So this currently how i did today. For breakfast i had this yam bread thing. I ate half of it so about 200 calories? For lunch I had butternut squash ravioli and thats about 450 calories. I had 3 skittles in the afternoon but thats only around 30 calories ish. I don't know what I'm eating for dinner, but after dinner I'm going to have some fruit and I'm too lazy to calculate that so yea. And i got in about 45 minutes of DDR which burned 150 calories. How did i do?
