Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've been reading some of y'all's posts. And I think the number one thing..don't make excuses for overeating. You over-ate there is NO excuse. This is what I ate today: Breakfast-Oatmeal, Banana, Milk Lunch-Salad, Caesar Dressing, Breadsticks Dinnner-Chili, 1 Slice Pizza I havent' exercised today but I've already drunk 4 cups of water, and all I need to do is get the motivation for exercise....I finally feel motivated
