Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - I've been reading some of y'all's posts. And I think the number one thing..don't make excuses for overeating. You over-ate there is NO excuse. This is what I ate today:
Breakfast-Oatmeal, Banana, Milk
Lunch-Salad, Caesar Dressing, Breadsticks
Dinnner-Chili, 1 Slice Pizza
I havent' exercised today but I've already drunk 4 cups of water, and all I need to do is get the motivation for exercise....I finally feel motivated

yay thats great! good job(: and your welcome for the advice, and thanks for mine! i got some gum and now im not eating tons of candy like i was which is good! haha and just one thing, the pizza is obviously not that great of a choice. when i want pizza i try some whole grain pasta with a little bit of sauce to help me. and its super good too!
