Ht. 5'4", Start: 146 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - so i've got something else to say. with how much i weigh i can burn up to 500 calories an hour doing jumping jacks. hahha and i love jumping jacks, theyre so easy. so im doing that, and i dance when i want to, and i do muscle training 4 times a week. so thats my exercises.

Yeah, but an HOUR of jumping jacks... isn't that boring? I mean, you could do less than an hour, but if you're only doing a few at a time, you're not burning near as much, because it's getting your heart rate up and KEEPING it up that burns the most calories, so most of those 500 is probably in the latter 50 minutes of the jumping jacks. A few at a time won't burn much, just FYI. But overall sounds like you're doing well with exercises. If you like jumping jacks, you should try jump rope. I mean, you can learn all sorts of cool tricks and stuff.
