Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Here I am.A week later,and I weigh the same.I actually thought I would have gained some seeing as how I have been eating lately.But im 2 ounces smaller,lol.What I think is great is that im not gaining even though im about to start my period so im swollen.But thanks to my period I will most likely lose a few pounds when its over.Happy Valentines Day!!!

yepp.so are you on break too?i have all wee k off so i get to walk alot.wooh!and im still waiting for my period to come but i know its coming soo,i can feel it,but i LOVE the 3 or so pounds that are gone after my period.Double thanks:D

Yeah, the best idea is to get a whole bunch of friends together and walk around and chill. If theres a park by you, you can go hang out up there or maybe walk home from school. But good luck I know you can do it. =) and your welcome.

i usually only run in p.e,and i walk alot,its alot easier to walk if you dont think of it as walking,but if your doing it for fun.your body doesnt know the difference in if your on a track or just walking in the mall,either way your walking and burning calories.

It's good your not gain, I'd rather stay the same then gain lol it makes me feel better. =) What do you do for exercise?
