Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 252 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I think I did good today.I slept until 3-I didnt go to sleep until 5,and when I finally woke up,I drink some water and we went and ate chinese(bad I know,but it wasnt my choice)and I only had one plate,mostly vegetables and some chicken,and a bowl of orange slices.Then I got home at 5 and played soccer,freeze tag, and jumped on the trampoline until 6:30.Then I walked my friend home,she lives like 5 minutes away,and drink a bottle of water there,then I walked home.Now I feel really good about my day,and I actually believe what my p.e teacher said about excersise giving you happy endorphines or something like that.But thats all im gonna eat today,and its only one plate so...yay me!Good luck,Thanks for reading,and COMMENT please!
