Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 217.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I was doing so good for a month and then the downhill started when my aunt came down for a visit. I can't get back in control. There are semi-healthy things to eat I just would rather the better tasting junk to eat because it tastes better. I really can't control if my mom buys it or not I just need to learn how to control myself and to get myself to stop eating it. Avice? I don't want to go back up in weight and I weigh more then my mother and my brothers, and my sister and it drives me nuts because I am the biggest person exept my dad who is only about 25 lbs higher then me. I need to push myself but I just can't... I'm going to stop complaining now and go do a workout... Wish me luck.. Any tips? GOOd luck everyone!!

This is how i got read of my junk food cravings.Buy allot of any type of junk food you crave for(mine was potato chips and pizza)Eat them allot,till you feel sick.Then write down how you felt after.I felt sick,guilty,fat and worthless.Every time you crave for junk food,read what you wrote on your paper and beleive me,you wont crave for junk food ever again.Best wishes :)

Maybe one of your family members will consider doing weight watchers with you? You can eat almost anything in moderation - and having "points" instead of calories will make it a whole lot easier.
