Ht. 5'2", Start: 159 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - So, me & my mom just went on watchers 5 days ago, and I already lost 4-5 lbs! Maybe it's a little bit of water weight, but I definitely lost something. I would suggest weight watchers to anyone - it's not really a diet! Once you get used to eating the healthy way you won't have to count the points anymore.

to DancingDamsel: no, you dont count points the rest of your life. I did weight watchers a year ago, and I am still at my goal weight because weight watchers taught me how to eat healthy. Plus once you reach your goal weight, you are a supposed to stop counting points but still go to the meetings for like six months so that they know you can stay on track by yourself

doesn't it cost money though? and, i don't approve of weight watchers because it's only for you to lose weight and then you stop. are you planning on counting points for the rest of your life? i wouldn't want to live like that. you'd mind as well learn to eat healthy (without points!) now and live healthy the rest of your life. it might wokr for some people, i don't deny it, but...i'm just saying. *_*
