1. Eat healthier:Make changes to your about baked chicken or fish instead of beef? Drop the chips and sweets, how about a fruit bar or veggie salad? No more sodas/sweet about some green tea with splenda or water? NO MORE FAST-FOOD/FRIED FOOD!!! That is absolutely essential!
EAT better and you'll FEEL better.
Buying ORGANIC FOODS helps as well.
2.Exercise:Start at a steady pace then move forward.....ex: jog whenever you can or walk fast when outside instead of slow. Don't be INACTIVE.
3.Be positive!!! You aren't gonna lose any weight if you think you CAN'T or WON'T lose weight girl! Have a right mind set and you'll achieve 120. Believe me. Quit the negative hurtful thoughts and you'll transform you're entire LIFE.
