Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 115 lb - i just got started again on my diet after about a one week hiatus. i hot to be 143 or 142 by next wednesday. the reason i say 142 is because i'm not sure if i'm at 144 or 145 right now so we'll see. hows everybody else doing?
