Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I think I did good today.I slept until 3-I didnt go to sleep until 5,and when I finally woke up,I drink some water and we went and ate chinese(bad I know,but it wasnt my choice)and I only had one plate,mostly vegetables and some chicken,and a bowl of orange slices.Then I got home at 5 and played soccer,freeze tag, and jumped on the trampoline until 6:30.Then I walked my friend home,she lives like 5 minutes away,and drink a bottle of water there,then I walked home.Now I feel really good about my day,and I actually believe what my p.e teacher said about excersise giving you happy endorphines or something like that.But thats all im gonna eat today,and its only one plate so...yay me!Good luck,Thanks for reading,and COMMENT please!

yeah i usually eat that much everyday,
ever since i started cutting back.
but i dont usually eat fast food that much(like in the before post)except last week i was finishing a project,and that was fast and simple.but yeah today all i had was the chicken wrap(its a habit)and a banana,and this morning i had a hashbrown(only one)which was just convenient,and also horrible,but seeing as thats all i had today i think i did okay.

That's all you had all day? Yikes...
From you last post, it seemed you were overeating and all junk, and now it seems you're probably undereating. You need to get your eating habits in check or it'll only be harder to lose weight. While minor calorie shifting can help boost the metabolism, going from one extreme to the other is never really a good thing. I think it'd be a good idea for you to go to a nutritionist and get a meal plan, so you know what you're eating and you know it's healthy.
