Ht. 5'8", Start: 172.3 lb, Today: 172.3 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey, well I have a question for all you guys whats your diet/excersise plan? I never eat breakfast in the morning (not because im trying to loose weight, but I never usually do) but i heard this can cause you to gain more weight is this true?
