Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - so i think i lost a pound of water weight so far. thank god lol. do any of you have problems with eating at night? im a huge night snacker. is it okay to snack late at night as long as its fruits and veggies?? i guess its better than chips and cookies right? no matter how much protein i eat with dinner, i always get hungry about 2-3 hours after and want to snack while i watch a movie or t.v. i've tried the gum chewing thing, but i end up eating like 6 pieces of sugar free gum lol the flavour doesn't last long enough. im so motivated right now, i spent like 2 hours online last night looking at before and after pictures, and on youtube as well. if these people can all do it, so can we. we're young this should be way easier than if we were 40 year old adults with kids to look after and full time jobs. anyways, good luck guys, we can do it!!

I actually know exactly how you feel.. you just eat because its a fun thing to do... half the time you dont even feel hungry... you just sort of convince yourself you are as you enjoy the taste..,
My tip... brush your teeth... trust me totally puts you off eating as you dont want to loose the feeling of the clean just washed out mouth!!!

Look at the amount of weight you have already lost! You are doing good. If you get that craving go brush your teeth so you know if you go to eat anything it won't taste good lol..
