Ht. 5'8", Start: 162 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ughh i gained weight! i eat like a pig! after school what i eat: sandwich, chips, popsicle, juice, fruit, 2 poptart lke things!! as u can see thats why i'm gaining and not losing. i also stopped me exercise and idk what to do!!! and school's almost over and i have to wear a tank top and theres this guy i really like. and yeah.... i can imagine how i would look if i was 120 and i can't wait. and i was naturally skinny. ughh please someone please help me with motivation, exercising tips, food cravings. ughh i just disgust myself
