Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI: 27), Goal: 145 lb - so, i know im 20 in the teens section but no offense, but the 18+ board sucks, no one ever posts. hope no one minds! (i'm really a 17 year old at heart lol) anyways, i used to weigh 170, but over the past 3 weeks or so ive packed on 5 pounds. im close to that time of the month though so i know some of it is water, but yesterday i did awesome and i plan to today as well. my plan is to eat only about 1000 calories for 3 days doing slimfast for breakfast and eating salads and soups the rest of the day, to kind of shock my body and then after the third day, ill start eating around 1300 again, and exercise. i dont want to exercise for the next 3 days because i dont want to pass out or anything, since im not eating much. so im taking it easy. i really hope this works. summer is just around the corner and id looooove to be in the 160's by then. wish me luck! also, what healthy meals do you guys eat for lunch/dinner? im running out of ideas, i usually just eat stir fry or soup. any ideas are welcomed lol thanks!

some great low-carb/low-calorie foods that taste good (to me) are tuna, salads w/ eggs, grilled chicken, almonds (the works); deviled chicken (look up the recipe on tasteofhome.com)...you can always eat low-carb pasta (try Dreamfields or Healthy Harvest, tastes regular but good for you!) once or twice a week...hope this helped!!

Lol thanks, about your post thats an awesome plan but remember its not what you eat it's how much you eat, lean cuisine has so many great options and a grilled chicken wrap with lettuce or my fav fresh spinach is great for lunch godluck!
