Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm sure you guys are all sick of hearing from me so often, so I'll try to post messages less. But I HAD to share this with you. Take your weight and divide it by 2. That's how many OUNCES of water you should be drinking. I've been trying it, and I've only drunken about half of the amount I'm supposed to and I'm already sick of being in the bathroom. Hope this helps those of you who were wondering about how much water to drink.
