special k, grilled turkey and cheese, salad...then my mom brought home pizzaand i had2 pieces!!! and then i had 2 cookies afterwards...ughhh!!! im just so frustrated with myself:[ i dontkno why i do this to myself..

dont beat your self up over the small stuff. trust me it doesnt work. besides from your blog it looks as though your doing realy good. looks like your on the right track to sucess. keep up the good work

well didn't you say in one of your posts that you only eat like 620 calories? well now you got some more calories in you! and i know you love to work out so you'll be fine. don't let it get too out of control though

honestly dont sweat it. ive been there done that many times. i find it actually speeds up my weightloss to have a bad day here and there. ever hear of calorie shifting? its when you have a low cal diet for a few days then have 1 or two days of higher calories. it tricks your metabolism into burning more calories. google it and itll explain better lol just step up your workout for tomorrow if it bothers you, and the damage will be undone. good luck you're still doing great
