Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well its been about a month and im the same as i was at the start of my month,but im one pound bigger which i didnt update cause i figured its water weight from my period which im 7 days late for.My mom says its because of my diet but last minth i was only 2 days early,so i figured it would be the same.And last month i lost 24 pounds just from not eating meat,bread,fish,eggs,ranch,and not drinking anything besides water which i changed this month to no meat,no bread,no potatoes,no chocalate,no ranch and nothing to dring besides basically i eat shrimp and vegtables ALL the time,and i have lost nothing,which is weird cause i ate alot of potatoes last month so i figured cutting those out would increase the weight loss.Advice&&help.Please:D
