Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 125 lb - Hello everyone. I've come on here many times in the past hoping that i would lose weight. It never worked. I would go strong for about a week and then it would mess up on the weekend and then i would start all over the next monday. well I'm here to tell you guys that im done with that. I'm really ready to stick with it through the weekends and forever down the road. I'll be coming on here for a while now and I will support you if you support me. well even if you don't support me I'll support you. Well 140 right now (I've never weighed 200 or more then 155 before but they wont let me post with my weight of 140) and would like to lose about 12-15 lbs before the first day of sophomore year, and this time I promise I will do it.

I believe in you, you can definitely do it. you've only got a little bit to lose so it should be a breeze. just hang in there and it will happen. good luck ! :)
