Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so my boyfriend and I went to look at our apartment this morning. we're on the top floor which means.... BUNS OF STEEL haha well not really, but its definitely a workout going up those stairs. even my boyfriend whos in tip top shape was getting winded lol its also about a 40 minute walk to my work from there, so the days i decide to walk or bike will be a nice workout as well. also, the livingroom is bigger than i expected which means i can do my workout dvds without accidentally kicking holes in the wall. haha. im so happy these days, im finally losing weight again, and im about to leave the nest and live on my own. :D i couldn't be more thrilled with life right now. i hope everyone else is doing amazing, and keep up the good work guys! :)

haha yeah stairs are a pain..i lived on third floor for my dorm and it was a workout lol!!! but yeah that will help and burn a few extra calories a day... good luck with your new place!! thats so exciting!
