Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh,,, bad day. I did alright with breakfast, but then for lunch i had 2 slices of pizza, and then... i went to my grandmas and had 2 donuts :(... altogether i had 1685 calories which isnt a lottt but i didnt work out either. i think i might do my 35 minute disco groove dance video lol it burns some serious calories.. bah. tomorrow im cuttin right back to make up for it.. probably like 1100 cals or something. i feel like crap but i got it out of my system and now im ready to rock for the rest of the week. i hate slipping up like this. but it could be worse.. i could have eaten over 2000 calories or something. i cant wait until july 1st. my boyfriend and i are moving into our first apartment together, so at least this way i can have a say on what foods come into the house. ill be eating chicken breasts and tofu and healthy stuff all the time. cant wait !!:) well i hope everyone else had a better day than i did. keep staying strong guys <3
