Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - 12 pounds down my first month! I'm so excited! And this is after eating a whole medium pineapple and ham pizza by myself this week (bad, i know, but I still managed to lose 2lbs!). I'm hoping next month I can get around 205, and the month after that I will be in the 190's which would be incredible!!! Also- I just found out that I'm getting a free week of nutrisystem's select frozen foods which I hear are really really good! Yay me! And this is before adding in more intense exercise- so my plan this upcoming month is to lose inches, inches, and more inches by adding in the 30 day shred, free weights, and my exercise ball along with my semi-regular hour-long walks. I actually think being 185 or less around the end of september is doable!!!

Ok I should probably know this, but, what exactly do you mean by free weights? lol Anyway it sounds like you're doing great. I haven't been eating TOO well myself. I've had LOADED taco salad a couple of times, and lots of spaghetti & garlic bread. But w/ the spaghetti I kept an eye on my proportions...keep up the good work~!
