Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 145 lb - Only went up 2 pounds during this whole time - that's absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been eating everything in sight it seems like lol. Anyway, I'm so glad it wasn't more :). I'm thinking about getting the 30 day shred - how's everyone liking it that's on it so far? Would you recommend it?

I would definitely recommend the shred. Today is Day 8 for me (Level one) and I feel much stronger! (I use 10lb weights, it's all I have) if you look back on my previous post you can see how much I lost & all that good stuff. I also try to do an hour on the stationary bike each day I do the shred.

the 30 day shred is awesome! its a really good workout.
what i like to do is do 30 mins of cardio before i do the 30 day shred tho idk to me it doesnt seem like enough cardio in it but overall it's great i would reccommend it. try it!
i feel better & i can already tell a slight difference in my body (i been doing lvl 1 for a week now)
