Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 160 lb - I'm so UNMOTIVATED now to lose weight. I used to be super motivated and earlier this week i was exercising and cutting back. but today and yesterday i was eating so badly!ugh i don't know what to do! i wanna be at my first mini goal but idk how? :(

I know what you mean, but everytime you get a craving or say "I dont want to exercise", you just have to think about all the reasons you WANT to lose weight. Whether its to impress your friends or a boy or if its just to get healthier, you have to focus on that. There are alot of moments before you take the first bites of a cupcake or a buscuit where you can stop yourself or before you know it you'll be feeling worse by guilt afterwards. And as for exercising, just keep pushing yourself. Saying "if I got this far how hard can a few more minutes of running be?" and the difference is big and its worth it. Dont give up and dont fall into the pressure of eating your whole kitchen because trust me ITS NOT WORTH IT. I lost a ton of weight last summer and I feel better all the time. All the craving resisting and hard exercising, its not like I'm still in pain from that so it all works out in the end. Some things that helped me though were:
. Doing 200 situps right before bed.
. Dont eat ANYTHING after 5:30.
. When you get a craving, whiten your teeth. They craving disappears after thirty minutes and your teeth look better :)
. Make a long soundtrack of songs you love while running or walking and try to keep going until its done.
. Try to eat mostly protein.
. When eating, where your tightest clothes, that way you can feel what its like as you keep eating. You feel uncomfortable.
. If you screw up one day, dont throw the day away as a whole mistake. Just try to exercise it off the next day and stay motivated.
