Ht. 5'3.8", Start: 185 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 148 lb - Ugh. I've got all the motivation I would need but it's not working. I tell myself what I'm gonna eat all day every morning when I wake up. Today I had it all planned out until it started to rain and I got this incredible urge to bake. So I baked cookies from scratch [which I was proud of] but everytime I bake, I seem to forget how that means there's only more delicious food in the house. So, I eat. One cookie leads to two cookies, which leads to three cookies, which leads to too full to exercise. See my problem? Well, I'm going to camp in three weeks and I want to blow away my friends that I havent seen in a year so if you have any advice for me that would be wonderful :) I think the program you guys got going here is awesome.
