Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - alright, soo i've only worked out once this week so far (monday for 35 minutes) but i plan on either working out before work tomorrow or walking to and from work (which is about 15 mins each way. ive been doing pretty well with the eating. i just know that if i was working out more it would be coming off quicker. but not to worry, im doing good otherwise :) ive got 4 weeks left until the wedding... i wanna lose 1 pound per week which will bring me to 161.. my original goal was 160 but ive had a few setbacks (period related binge-fests a couple weeks ago) but honestly, im okay with it. 9 pounds is great to lose for the wedding (i was 170 when i started this wedding-crack down). ill be seeing a lot of family i havent seen since 50 pounds ago so i wanna come in with a bang you know? lol im also moving out next week on July 1st(Canada Day.. think im the only canadian on here but who knows lol) so im excited for the biking/walking im going to have to do to get around (i wont be using my parents car anymore). i hope by the end of the summer ill be around 155... just even 159 could be nice.. in the 150s for the first time since i was like 10 years old (yeah... i was a big kid lol)hope everyones doing great!! good luck :)
