Ht. 5'10", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 160 lb - hey guys, i am so unmotivated and have no idea how to lose this weight. overall the fat is in my arms and stomach. i have really long thin legs. even thinner than some of my friends but my stomach just is big. i try avoiding some places to walk in my school so people won't make comments about me. i have never been made fun of in my entire life.
but someone please help me!
i need a diet plan/exercise plan and motivation. please give me some tips. thanks!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - What are your guys' opinion on the HCG diet? I'm thinking I'm gonna do it with my mom and sister. I just want to lose weight fast, I'm sick of being this way. (if you dont know what the HCG diet is, go GOOGLE it.) :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 271 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - Hey guys. So, I've used this site before, but that was a long time ago. Probably when I was about 13. I haven't lost any weight since then, just gained. But now I'm finally starting to lose weight, and I actually have motivation and I'm not quitting anytime soon. Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - so tomorrow is back to Medifast...i started Medifast in December and lost around 20 pounds...getting down to about 185 pounds with losing some on my own, was almost at the 50 pound mark, got off the diet and havnt been able to stick to it since. im so determined to do this for good..i had ankle surgery in july and gained all my weight back, im really hoping that i can stick to this and finally lose the 60 or 70 pounds i need to. any motivation will help..GOOD LUCK everyone!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 205 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - So i made it through the week thankfully and lost 5 pounds :). This is hard work, meals take more time because instead of just buying fast food at school im preparing them at home. Well its working so far but its tough. I so badly want to eat sweets, but in my head i just tell myself ill regret it later so i just stop myself. I even went to the gym, and am feeling really motivated. I hope i can reach my target goal.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 220 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - Feeling a little ashamed of myself today! I weighed about 220 when I was a sophomore in high school, but now I'm down to about 190 (haven't weighed myself in a long time, so I'm probably lower than that). Today, I ran into a girl I hadn't seen since I was 220, and she complimented me on how much better I looked. I just can't believe that I've lost over 30 pounds of fat, and I'm STILL at that stage where I can grab two large handfuls of it from my stomach. Still have a long way to go!

and i'm 2 pounds away from my mini-goal. i feel really motivated to lose weight.
so what do you guys think about exercising 4-5 times a week? should i exercise more like 6-7 times a week?

I am hoping to be down 10-12 pounds by November (5-6 pounds a month) because there is an event that I would like to look nice for. I am thinking that, for my height, 140 will be good...or do you think I would be better at 130?? Please give your opinion...
