Ht. 5'3", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 11 st 0 (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 9 st 0 - help! iv put alot of weight on recently. the clothes i wear dont look rite anymore and this is nockin my confidence and insted of doing any thing about it i jst turn to food. im in need of soom advice on how to lose weight. iv tried giving up junk food and iv even brought a wii fit which did start to work but thn i started to slip and now iv jst givin up and finding it hard to start again.  (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

keep a weight loss journal.write down everything you eat and when you excersize write down what you did. Put down your weight everyday or everyweek or however often you want to. write little notes to yourself about how your feeling. good luck!!
