Ht. 5'6", Start: 191 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 68), Goal: 110 lb - Hi everyone.This last few days have been awfull.My parents just bring home pizzas and hamburgers =(.Finally I found that Mayo diet I mentoned to help me get rid of this last annoying 38 lb.And Ill be 17 next month,so finnaly I can get a gym memebership =D.I have never really had any real excersise or sports.My parents didnt let me cause they said that you are born fast and fit and that Im just not cut out for it...yeah right.Even if I dont become a famous athlete,I still have the right to excersise,right?
Well I still do a 1 hour walk,but yeah,I should do more.And yeah,I can only get a gym membership if I keep up the good grades.Ill certanly try lol

Its like a low carb diet with plenty of protein and fruit and veggies.Everything is steamed or boiled,never baked or fried.Ill post it,its very simple to follow :)
