Ht. 4'10", Start: 192 lb, Today: 189 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Lost another pound! YAY! but...I know whats going to mess me up! the food i'm eating...does anyone know a diet that doesn't take away all foods? or does but has great substitutes? please help.:)

yeah- it's called eating healthy and eating smaller portions- also, just try and stay away from processed sugars...
