Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - ugh! i havent lost any weight this whole week not even an ounce. lol. since were in the process of remodeling our home i havent been able to exercise at all and probably cant for another good week. what should i do? should i lower my calorie intake by a good 200 calories? i wanna lose some weight man! heh. anyways please give me tips on what to do excluding exercising :) thanks

i dont like exercising outside. lol. thats why i have my own little gym in my house.. :|
