Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok. So I tried to workout every day this week (30 day shred -plus some other exercises) and ended up skipping three days because of my period. I haven't been eating Nutrisystem, although I do plan on going back on at some point- lately it's just been lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I only lost 3 lbs that I had gained and was disappointed and hope i'm still bloated from my period- but I measured myself and i've lost 6 inches this week, so something's definitely paying off! I'm hoping to lose 5 lbs this week (eating perfect, working out everyday- i need to fit into my bridesmaid's dress!!!) and to lose around the same amount of inches. No more sugar for me- by that, I mean no more ADDED sugar- i'm still eating my fruits :)
