Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 157.2 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 125 lb - Last time i weighed myself was on Wednesday. I feel like i gained 2 pounds. All i can think about is food. Its rediculous. I ran for 40 minutes today, and i ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, but way too much for dinner. I hate that. I want to loose 7 pounds in 3 weeks. So i'm gonna send my body into shock and work it. I'm gonna jog for 45 minutes in the morning and 45 when i get back home from school. For the next 3 weeks. Its gonna be really hard to keep up with the eating healthy on the weekends. blehh. :D

CRAZZY! :| we started the same weight 181 and were almost at the same current weight 158 and my goal weight is 125 and my height is 5'5 WOW! lol. and you know whats more crazy im trying to do the exact same thing 4 times outta the week to shock my body .. for instance running on my treadmill two times a week :) but since im in the process moving and what not its really hard to do that :( and plus i wanna lose around 8 pounds in 3-4 weeks :) but seriously its really hard to do so because the closer you get the harder and longer it takes so im not expecting to lose 22 pounds in 2 and half months like i did. anyways you will do great!!! :) i wish you lots of luck.. keep us POSTED!! :)
